Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing direct service and support to the users for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system.

Work extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards.

Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests.

Participate in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution.

Provide basic phone support and support of mobile devices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - Associates - Computer Science

1 year IT related experience required
