General Manager
to oversee and drive performance, profitability, and culture at one of our high-performing locations. What You’ll Do:
As General Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the entire center—including estimators, technicians, parts, and service teams—ensuring each department meets financial goals and delivers an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for: Full
P&L management
and budgeting Hiring, coaching, and leading
a top-tier team Tracking and improving
key performance indicators (KPIs) Building strong relationships with
customers, vendors, and insurance partners Overseeing compliance with
safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Include:
Driving shop profitability and operational efficiency Monitoring quality, workflow, and vehicle repair timelines Resolving customer issues with urgency and professionalism Managing vendor services, inventory, and supply ordering Ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive work environment What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) Valid driver’s license 3+ years of
management experience in the collision repair industry Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
