Agentic Voice

platform for healthcare—automating patient outreach and contact‑center workflows. This means enhancing critical healthcare automation tasks like HRA, scheduling, benefits verification, surveys, and intelligent transfers with production‑grade ASR/TTS, fine-tuned LLMs, and deterministic orchestration. Demand is high and resources are lean. We need a

senior, technical PM

who ships fast and thoughtfully, is confident in front of customers, and can turn ambiguity into clear, scalable product bets—without sacrificing quality or extensibility. You’ll thrive here if you can

set big goals for engineering , prototype to test hypotheses quickly, and confidently

push back

when priorities don’t align with our strategy or capacity. What you’ll do Own outcomes for core Agentic Voice capabilities , which include conversation orchestration, telephony/CCaaS integrations, EHR/CRM connectivity, analytics, self‑service tools, and more. Prioritize ruthlessly and be able to articulate tradeoffs to business stakeholders:

choose the highest-payoff bets across high-volume and high-value feature requests. Maintain urgency, but effectively manage risk and tradeoffs to quality and extensibility. Define product requirements, prototype and validate : turn fuzzy requests into clear acceptance criteria, quickly validated through scrappy tests (Figma, clickable HTML, or lightweight flows). Set and track success metrics:

define and track key standing metrics, along with hypothesis-driven measurements to drive continuous improvements, like A‑B tests. Partner with Engineering : break down scope into sequenced milestones with clear go/no-go gates. Clearly contextualize business needs for engineers to independently make decisions. Align on architecture trade‑offs, keep teams unblocked, and protect focus. Be forward‑facing : lead discovery calls, POCs, and executive readouts. Have a strong ability to translate technical reality into business impact through understanding and ability to explain levers/compromise. Across a mixed-technical org; evangelize product thinking and educate leadership/sales on trade‑offs, capacity, and sequencing. Create clarity in ambiguity : structure problems, pressure‑test assumptions (constantly ask “why am I wrong?”), and decide quickly—or defer deliberately with rationale. The problems you’ll help solve Capacity vs. opportunity : With many promising deals and limited bandwidth—what do we do first and why? Keep us aligned to strategy and protect the defined roadmap/outcomes. Complex tech surface area : Telephony (SIP, Amazon Connect/Twilio), ASR/TTS, LLMs, LangGraph, multi-agent workflows, routing, data pipelines, analytics, HIPAA/PHI. What will make you successful here Critical thinker with common sense ; asks “why?” and validates assumptions. Comfort in ambiguity ; proactively forges a path via experiments and validation points. Decisive , with judgment to

deflect

when a better decision will emerge with time/data. Vision + execution : can paint the future and also land the next two sprints. Feedback‑fluent and probing:

approaches information and feedback with curiosity and desire to learn. Separates business pressure from product decisions ; keeps the bar high. Adaptable , comfortable saying

“I don’t know” —then quickly finding the answer. Qualifications 5+ years

of PM experience in B2B SaaS;

2+ years

in one or more of

voice/CCaaS ,

AI/ML/LLMs ,

healthcare

(HIPAA, PHI, BAAs). Track record shipping

platform‑level

capabilities (not just features) that others build on. Technical fluency : can read API docs; discuss SIP vs. WebRTC, ASR/TTS latency/quality, LLM prompt/latency/cost trade‑offs, caching, observability, data pipelines. Comfortable with

POC‑level prototyping ; bonus for simple scripting, Postman, or wiring a basic flow). Hands‑on with

product analytics/experimentation

(Segment, Amplitude/Mixpanel), defining KPIs and A/B tests. Strong stakeholder management in sales‑led or services‑heavy environments; confident presenting to executives and clinical leaders. Excellent written communication: PRDs, decision memos, customer one‑pagers, clear acceptance criteria. Nice to have Experience with

or

Twilio ,

SIP , call transfers, IVR. Familiarity with

Epic/Cerner

(or integration layers like Redox),
