We’re looking for a steady-handed Executive Director to help us scale our impact while anchoring our passionate team and vision. About the Role As Executive Director, you’ll lead with both heart and strategy. You’ll be the central point of connection across our fast-moving organization, working hand-in-hand with our Board of Directors, founder, volunteers, and community partners. Your top priorities will be fundraising, nurturing long-term donor relationships, and building deeper partnerships with our existing corporate sponsors. You’ll also bring structure and consistency to our internal operations, ensuring our growing team stays aligned, organized, and energized as we support more caregivers throughout our communities. Responsibilities Include: This is a full-time position. While standard work hours generally follow a Monday–Friday schedule, some responsibilities may require availability during evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential, as donor events and caregiver support needs may occasionally fall outside traditional business hours. Brings a strong track record of nonprofit leadership, solid foundations in fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach. Preferably 5+ years. Combines sharp organizational abilities with strong judgment to consistently perform in dynamic environments. Recognized for developing and maintaining meaningful, trust-based relationships. Is a confident communicator and connector, comfortable engaging equally with donors, hospital partners, volunteers, and board members. Loves the challenge of turning passion into action and balances heartfelt enthusiasm with focused, reliable execution. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has experience leading in the nonprofit worldwith a background in fundraising, donor relations, or community outreach Can bring calm to a storm (in the best way) - you’re organized, clear-headed, and unshaken by a fast-moving work environment. Has a strong grasp on how to build and maintain authentic relationships Is a confident communicator and connector, comfortable in rooms with donors, hospital partners, volunteers, and board members Why Join Us?
