Procurement Manager

Manage end-to-end procurement of IT products and services, including OEM hardware, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and managed service components Develop and maintain strong relationships with key OEMs, distributors, and service partners (e.g., Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX) Negotiate pricing, terms, and partner incentives to maximize margin and program benefits Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement that aligns with solution design and client requirements Monitor and manage deal registrations, special pricing agreements, and vendor rebate programs Forecast demand, manage lead times, and maintain optimal inventory levels for just-in-time delivery Ensure compliance with vendor requirements, licensing models, and client contractual obligations Track procurement KPIs and generate reports on spend, cost savings, and supplier performance Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and leverage automation tools Lead and mentor junior procurement or purchasing staff as needed Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of procurement experience, with a strong background in IT hardware/software/services sourcing Deep knowledge of OEM and distribution ecosystems (e.g., HPE, Lenovo, VMware, Fortinet, etc.) Experience with CRM, ERP, and procurement tools (e.g., ConnectWise, NetSuite, SAP, Coupa) Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills Excellent cross-functional communication skills, especially with technical and sales teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with tight deadlines and evolving requirements Preferred: Experience in a value-added reseller (VAR), MSP, or systems integrator environment Certifications such as CPSM, ITIL, or vendor-specific channel certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Partner certifications) Seniority level
