About the Role The product management team at Capital One is focused on reimagining customer experiences through innovative technology solutions. The Operational Intelligence and Observability team within our Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) organization ensures operational data is available, performant, and secure. This role leads the team responsible for data collection and analysis across software, databases, security, and infrastructure, partnering with various teams to monitor performance and support resilience.
