Executive Transition Advisor, Senior
The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and askquestions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to guide teams as theysolve some of our clients' most complex problems-and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As an Executive Transition Advisor, you'll bring your leadership, strategic, command and corporate expertise to work alongside thought leadersin Naval Aviation. You'll use your skills and expertise as you support the transition of a Senior Executive assuming command. Work with us to help facilitate a Senior Executive transition team that will assist the incoming commander conduct an assessment of the organization and environment. Facilitate working group sessions with key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve policies and processes that can improve efficiency while ensuring readiness requirements are met or exceeded. The product will be a vision and strategic plan that can be implemented and completed during their tour of duty. As a former commissioned O-6 or GS-15, further yourcareer while creating mission-forward solutions that matter. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 15+ years of experience in Naval Aviation as a commissioned officer Experience with Post-Major Command Knowledge of Naval Aviation organizations, processes, and policies Secret clearance Bachelor's degree

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
