Job Description: Patterson Companies, a Minnesota-based healthcare distributor and software provider, has an opening on its Digital Analytics team. The Senior Web Analyst is at the heart of a small, nimble team focused on enterprise B2B ecommerce and marketing enablement. This role's responsibilities are divided roughly 50/50 into two areas. 1. Analytics-related platform management. This involves close collaboration with various teams (product, engineering, UX, marketing, compliance, and BI) to manage instrumentation (e.g. analytics tags, data/platform integrations). 2. Analysis and communication of insights. This includes KPI research and analysis, reports, presentations, and self-service enablement (training, dynamic reports and dashboards). This role would be ideal for an experienced analyst with great communications skills who enjoys bridging the gap between strategic thinking and ops execution to deliver critical insights.

Essential Functions Configure and manage web-analytics platforms to understand visitor behavior, identify opportunities, and improve conversions and revenue; includes ongoing platform configuration, tagging operations, and platform/tool integrations.

Develop scalable methods for data extraction, analysis, and visualization to automate processes and drive insights

Partner with Digital Product Managers, IT, and business teams to optimize content, ecommerce, and digital service engagement

Oversee analytics requests, prioritization, communication, documentation, and project management

Communicate actionable insights to digital product teams, IT, and business stakeholders though both formal and informal modalities

Contribute to a growing knowledge base of insights, best practices, and evergreen processes by informing and cross-training teams on analytics tools and self-service approaches

Enable stakeholders to better leverage analytics tools and insights for sales, service, and business development growth

Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience

5 years experience in a web analytics analysis role utilizing Google Analytics suite, including use of Looker / Data Studio.

2 years experience working with a tag management system in an operational capacity; Google Tag Manager preferred

Experience with web content management systems in regard to analytics tagging.

Understanding of web development (HTML5, JavaScript)

Preferred Requirements Experience in B2B ecommerce

Experience with SEM and SEO platforms, including GoogleAds

Experience with data analysis and visualization platforms, including Google BigQuery, PowerBI, and AI-assisted analysis

AI-assisted data analysis and visualization.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $83,400.00 - $104,200.00
