What Youll Do
Wisehaupt Bray Asset Management is looking for driven financial professionals to join our Wealth Advisory team. You will have experience in financial services, brokerage, banking, or a similar industry. This role offers a career path for advancement within the paraplanning role or progression to wealth advisor roles.
The Paraplanner team supports Financial Advisors (FAs) in preparing for client meetings, coordinating tasks with the service team, and ensuring all necessary documentation and follow-ups are completed. Your role will involve the use of financial planning software and multiple systems to equip the advisor team for client meetings.
Prepare client meeting materials.
Use financial planning software to support the advisor team.
Input client data and support the financial advisor team with comprehensive financial plans.
Manage performance reporting software and asset allocation programs.
Communicate with advisors and the service team.
Create monthly reports and assist with data analysis.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in business, finance, financial planning, or a relevant field.
3+ years of industry experience.
CPA designation is a plus.
Recent graduates in financial planning fields are encouraged to apply.
Initiative, precision, and reliability.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with financial planning tools.
Ability to work well with a team to achieve common goals.
