Hybrid Work Schedule Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Management Technician to support the organization and maintenance of project records using Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS). In this role, you will be responsible for the distribution, retrieval, and overall management of documents in compliance with company policies. Your work will directly support customer service, quality control, and project closeout activities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver document and records management services in alignment with established policies and procedures Manage document workflows including receiving, processing, distributing, and archiving Enter and update records in the ECMS Conduct routine quality checks (daily, weekly, monthly) to verify data accuracy Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding document-related issues or inquiries Provide support on document standards such as numbering, formatting, legibility, and digital signatures Assist with the application of records security classification policies and procedures Compile documentation and metrics for audits, assessments, and project reporting Maintain and revise standard operating procedures, workflows, and user guides Offer suggestions to improve efficiency and support automation initiatives Qualifications: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in document or records management Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred Ability to perform moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision Strong understanding of ECMS and document control processes Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Skilled at communicating with diverse teams and resolving document-related issues Proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
