About the Role
Were seeking a
Data Analyst
to drive smarter decision-making through data. In this role, youll collect, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights supporting automation, process improvement, and performance optimization across the company. What Youll Do Collect, clean, and analyze data across key business systems Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated tools Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define data needs Improve processes through data standardization and AI-driven solutions Assist with data validation, quality control, and system upgrades Mentor junior analysts and support continuous learning initiatives What Were Looking For Must-Haves Bachelors in Math, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar 3+ years of data analytics experience in a mid-to-large business setting Strong Excel skills (including macros), SQL, and Power BI Experience working with large data sets and presenting insights clearly Experience with Python programming language Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with Tableau, Crystal Reports, or data warehousing tools (Redshift, Azure) Experience with Viewpoint Vista or Spreadsheet Server Background in the construction or industrial sector What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match PTO, holidays, and a paid winter shutdown Professional development & career growth opportunities Supportive team environment in a respected, growing company For additional company information, please visit us at www.morgan-corp.com Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
