Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Technical Quality Manager Location: Hybrid - Chicago Expected start date: September 2025 Duration: 12 months Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs./week) We are hiring a 1-year intern to support the SAP Technical Quality Manager (TQM) function within the MaxAttention program for our US Public Services customers. The intern will begin with a comprehensive 6-week TQM training and onboarding curriculum focused on SAP's premium engagement methodology, tools and core delivery processes. Key deliverables include: Completion of the TQM onboarding training and SAP internal TQM certification Hands-on support for TQM-led customer engagements including tracking service plans, scheduling and documentation, stakeholder communications, and maintaining key engagement artifacts (e.g., service delivery plans, milestone trackers) Assistance in preparing deliverables such as Executive Status Reports, Risk & Opportunity Logs, and Engagement Dashboards Shadowing and gradually leading selected service delivery activities, ultimately progressing toward the readiness for a full-time TQM role This internship is a strategic investment in talent pipeline development for SAP's MaxAttention program. Rather than performing purely administrative or supplemental work, the intern will actively contribute to real-time delivery of mission-critical SAP programs for US Public services customers across the US. Business impact includes: Direct enablement of service delivery excellence by supporting active TQM engagements on $1M+ customer programs (e.g., RISE with SAP, S/4HANA transformations) Improving TQM capacity and scalability by allowing experienced TQMs to delegate lower complexity service tasks and expand overall customer coverage Developing a high-potential candidate for long-term TQM succession planning, reducing hiring ramp-up time and preserving institutional knowledge within Public Services This internship is designed as a full-year immersion with clear learning milestones, mentorship by senior TQMs, and exposure to live SAP customer delivery. Interns will: Work within a high-performing national team serving large Public Sector accounts Be trained and evaluated for conversion into a permanent TQM or Associate TQM role at the end of the internship Learn strategic customer engagement models, including value-based delivery, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive communication What You Bring

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related field Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program This is a full-time, 12-month internship designed for early talent looking to grow into a Technical Quality Manager (TQM) role. Availability to commit to the full internship duration and participate in a 6-week structured onboarding and training program is required. Desired Skills / Experience To Be Successful In This Role
