Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to working directly to build, develop, or design functionality for a product, as well as participate in the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Digital Transformation Product Management Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Support development of the design strategy for new products.

Implement the process for new products.

Identify opportunities for product improvements.

Manage the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.

Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

Support product with training and communications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

2 years

Skills

Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.

Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.

Product Management including managing demand, releases, and backlog

Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict

Tools

Skilled in Excel

Desired Experiences

Bachelor degree or equivalent

Experience working in Agile environments, specifically within Scrum or Kanban teams, in either technical or non-technical roles.

Comfortable working alongside engineering teams, with exposure to development practices, tools, and terminology.

Experience using JIRA

Familiarity with IT audit practices

Skilled at breaking down complex issues, analyzing key components, and presenting insights in a clear, engaging, and easily digestible format for diverse audiences.

Experience managing customer interactions, including responding to help desk inquiries and addressing product-related questions via email or other support channels.

The group of skills related to Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems

Expertise in applying Lean management principles to optimize processes, enable continuous improvement, improve quality and efficiency, and maximize value for the business and, ultimately, our customers

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
