Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Enter client purchase orders Create contractor profiles Upload safety tickets and verify validity Accountable for accurate and timely data input. Contact contractors and assist them in logging into the software system Follow all company health, safety and environmental policies. May be asked to act as backup for reception or other administrative areas when required. May be assigned and coordinate special or ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or a General Educational Development equivalency (GED). Post-secondary education in an Administrative field is a strong asset Experience:
2 - 5 years of previous working experience in a Receptionist/Administrative related role is required. Specific technical skills:
Must be competent with computer Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel & Outlook). Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition. Ability to work well with others & independently. Proven time management skills and strong attention to detail. Works well under pressure. Extended hours and shift work may be required from time to time. Ensures full compliance with the companys Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies.
