Position Summary

Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for a Sr. IT Business Analyst, Finance & Procurement to assist with ongoing support of day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience in the IT Finance/Procurement space, strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes, and be an excellent communicator with astute attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Assess and refine IT operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement structured improvements to enhance service delivery and operational maturity Manage vendor relationships, support contract negotiations, and develop governance frameworks to ensure service quality and cost efficiency Optimize procurement processes, track IT expenditures, and collaborate with Finance to improve budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting Develop strategies for asset tracking, utilization, and lifecycle planning while ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements Act as a bridge between IT, Finance, and Procurement, driving continuous improvement initiatives and developing reporting dashboards for data-driven decision-making Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of relevant work experience in the IT Finance/Procurement space with demonstrated experience in business analysis/product ownership Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT asset management (ITAM), and IT procurement Experience in IT budgeting, financial reporting, and post optimization strategies Knowledge of contract negotiation, vendor management, and performance evaluation JDE experience preferred, not required Previous Life Science experience preferred, not required
