The role involves: Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for IT projects. Analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through technology. Working closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. Supporting the testing and implementation phases, ensuring successful project delivery. Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT systems in the front office. Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for projects and systems. Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams. Staying updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. Must-have qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Support Analyst within a Front Office environment, specifically supporting Equity Derivatives in the Financial Services sector. Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives products and their trade lifecycle. Hands-on experience with trade execution platforms such as Fidessa, Dash, or EMSX, as well as familiarity with external systems like Markitwire, Sophis, and Loanet (or similar platforms). Additional openings - desired experience by profile: Risk-focused profile: IT-side experience in managing or supporting Counterparty Risk and Market Risk systems. Referential Data Profile: Experience with Equity or Bond referential data; familiarity with applications such as RIMES or similar tools.
