Job Title: Locum Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Location: Coos Bay, Oregon Join a dedicated team at a leading medical facility that serves as the Medical Center for Oregon s South Coast. This hospital offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic services, providing a great atmosphere for clinicians and plenty of growth opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
* Commit to a full-time locum position (80 hours per pay period) for a 3-month timeframe, with the possibility of extension. * Work clinic hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, seeing 15-18 patients per day. * Manage cardiology patients as a licensed independent practitioner. * Utilize EPIC EMR for all patient documentation. * Perform echocardiograms, non-nuclear stress tests, EKG and Holter monitor readings. * Expected to provide trans-esophageal echocardiography and perform cardioversions. * Participate in 1-2 nights of weekly on-call, and one weekend per month (interventional backup provided). * Work with an assigned Medical Assistant, Triage RN team, and dedicated device clinic staff for patient management.
Qualifications:
* Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist - REQUIRED * Oregon medical license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cardiology Physician - REQUIRED * Clean background with no malpractice history - REQUIRED * Self Query from NPDB at time of presentation - REQUIRED * CAQH login and password - REQUIRED AT TIME OF OFFER * DEA - Verbal confirmation required at name clear stage. * Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges.
License and Certification Requirements:
* Oregon State License * Board Certification in Non-Invasive Cardiology
