With a commitment to excellence, we are looking for a dynamic Full Desk Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including both client acquisition and talent sourcing. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and source the best candidates to match those needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, goal-driven individual with a strong background in both recruitment and sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs
Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Work closely with clients to deliver staffing solutions that meet their needs and ensure long-term satisfaction
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure successful placements and identify future hiring opportunities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide variety of roles
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from job order intake to placement and follow-up
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs
Negotiate salaries, job offers, and other contractual terms between candidates and clients
Meet and exceed sales targets related to revenue generation and placement metrics
Track and manage recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate sourcing channels, and client satisfaction
Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, candidate pipeline, and business growth
Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
Manage and maintain accurate documentation of candidate and client records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and client-specific requirements as needed
Education/Experience Requirements:
Proven minimum of 3+ years experience as a Full Desk Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or similar role, ideally in a staffing agency environment
Strong sales experience and ability to generate new business
Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate placement skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a consultative approach
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve placement targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools (Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Salary Range:
Min: $70,000/Year+Commission
Max: $85,000/Year+Commission
This compensation structure includes a competitive base salary along with commission based on performance, allowing you to earn additional income based on the new business you generate and sales targets you achieve.
