Data Analyst
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. Develop and implement predictive models to support People Analytics initiatives including attrition, hiring and headcount forecasts. Conduct in-depth analyses by integrating various data sources to uncover meaningful insights related to employee behavior and organizational trends. Align findings with broader organizational goals and HR strategies. Create comprehensive reports and narratives to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership. Experience Requirements
35 years in data analytics, with a focus on Data analytics, ideally in People Analytics. SQL for data extraction and transformation. Python for data analysis and modeling. Excel/google sheets for data analysis and visualization. Ideal: Tableau or Quicksight. Experience with predictive modeling techniques. Understanding of HR processes, data structures and systems. Ideal: Experience working in a technology company. Ideal: Previous experience in People Analytics roles. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis. Effective communication of data insights. Carry analysis projects end-to-end autonomously or with minimal supervision. Translate business needs into actionable analyses and insights that support strategic decision-making.
