Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for producing letters and preparing authentication documents while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include: Producing letters with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Contacting customers to gather necessary information and ensuring timely delivery of documents Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and document production Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed What will help you succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role that requires strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
