Job Description: We are looking for a meticulous QA Analyst with expertise in the Property and Casualty insurance domain to ensure the quality and reliability of our insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance processes, policies, and regulations, along with a proven track record of conducting thorough testing procedures. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Property and Casualty insurance products. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Document test results, track defects, and provide timely feedback to facilitate the resolution of identified issues. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to Property and Casualty insurance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a QA Analyst in the Property and Casualty insurance domain. Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, policies, and regulations is mandatory. Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Azure DevOps, and HP ALM. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, AINS, AIS).
