A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE COOK CHEF

As a Line Cook Chef, you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen in our adjacent hotel restaurant. You're responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, following recipes to meet our guests' expectations. You also work with other members of our culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and delivered on time. As an employee of the conference center working in the adjacent hotel, you enjoy layers of support from both hospitality venues!

As a new hire, you can expect to work various shifts between the hours of 5:00 am and 11:00 pm, depending on your availability. You're a culinary master who loves creating amazing dishes in the kitchen, which is why you're perfect for this role!

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors

We can train the right person! Cooking experience is preferred, however. Are you familiar with cooking steak to temperature? Do you have basic knife skills? Are you energized by the fast pace of a busy kitchen? If yes, you just may be perfect for this food service position!
