Job Description
The Project Manager will:
Manage all phases of assigned multifamily development projects from pre-construction through final delivery Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and consultants to guide project design and permitting Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments Oversee general contractors and construction managers to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies for approvals and inspections Prepare and present project updates to leadership and capital partners Support value engineering, cost control, and project close-out efforts Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal reporting standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The successful Construction Project Manager will have the following:
5+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or project management Proven track record managing ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects (50+ units preferred) Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, permitting, and municipal approvals in New Jersey Excellent communication, budgeting, and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master's a plus) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company with evolving priorities Self-starter with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities What's on Offer
