Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Construction Ground Up will be responsible for:

Oversee full project life-cycle from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, review estimates, and ensure project profitability Ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation across all phases Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors Provide clear, timely reporting and project documentation Collaborate with Superintendents to keep projects on or ahead of schedule Assist in supervision the project team in line with company standards Coordinate logistics, procurement, schedules, and change orders Maintain accurate records including submittals, RFIs, and as-builts Help drive projects to meet or exceed established deadlines and quality expectations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Skilled at juggling budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, procurement, and closeout tasks without missing a beat. A Great Communicator:

Confident in leading meetings, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and delivering clear, timely updates. Tech-Savvy:

Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software, with a strong ability to learn and implement new systems. Driven & Adaptable:
