Our client is a market leader in logistic solutions, setting internationally recognized standards with their own developments and patents. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for their North America office, located in the greater Atlanta region.
Experience:
Business related degree education or equivalent experience 2-3 years in admin or customer service role Building networks and fostering business relationships Project business experience and technical product knowledge Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Basic ERP skills Experience in operations, logistics and sales is a positive Competencies:
Strong communicator and networker Ability to structure work properly Self-motivated Team player Duties:
Process customer quotes and orders Internal management of orders from order entry to schedule and proper delivery to customer Optimal control and monitoring of all relevant phases and processes Enter and update the customer or order-related data in the ERP system Solve customer issues related to orders, quotes, quality, delivery, errors, etc. Representation of the company towards the customer, voice of the customer into the company Directly support Sales Representatives, North America
