Job Description
Project Leadership:
Oversee multiple construction projects and PM teams from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Budget & Financial Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and oversee financial reporting and billing. Risk & Quality Control:
Identify project risks, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain safety regulations. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, including project managers and site superintendents, fostering collaboration with subcontractors and stakeholders. Scheduling:
Create and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and addressing delays as needed. Client Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, handling negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain thorough project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant
12+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor MUST have experience with ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects with values greater than $15mil Strong preference for a diversified project background: municipal, commercial, healthcare, etc. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable Applicable project management software proficiency Excellent communication skills including the competency to lead presentations and client meetings Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals Business & financial acumen Local to Charleston market preferred, however will consider relocating candidates What's on Offer
Base salary 140- 180k contingent on experience Annual bonus based on project profitability and individual performance Vehicle allowance + gas card Company provided laptop & cellphone Great benefits package: health insurance, short & long term disability, 401K with company match, 3 weeks PTO + holidays
