Job Description
Oversee all phases of drywall and specialty contracting services, from planning to completion Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient execution Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and internal teams Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans Identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays or cost overruns Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards Ensure proper documentation, change orders, and reporting throughout the project life cycle Lead project closeout, punch list resolution, and final turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
3+ years of construction management experience in commercial drywall or related trades Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety protocols Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer
