As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) team supporting critical IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in project management which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage projects across various workstreams from operations to technical solutions. Write and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ). Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors. Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and success. Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports on progress and risks. What's Needed?
Five (5) years of experience in IT project management managing complex, cross-functional IT projects. Proficiency in both hybrid and SAFe agile methodologies. Experience documenting business cases, contract management, and project funding requests. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage resources under a matrix reporting structure. What's in it for me?
