Job Description

Seeking an experienced

Assistant Project Manager

to be responsible for various stages from LNTP through to complete execution of the project. These responsibilities include:

Supporting large-scale solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout. Working with internal teams during bidding, procurement, and subcontractor selection. Coordinate project schedules, budgeting, and cost control to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Ensure construction quality aligns with design specifications, codes, and safety standards. Lead and coordinate project team meetings and regular progress reporting to senior leadership. Review and manage pay applications, change orders, and contract compliance. Analyze and compile financial performance through P&L oversight and cost-saving initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements based on lessons learned from past projects. The Successful Applicant

Minimum three (3) year's experience in renewable energy development with exposure to early and late stages of the project life-cycle Direct experience with utility scale BESS projects preferred. Experience with solar or wind projects acceptable as well. Experience with SMEs on interconnection, M&A evaluations, and construction related approvals. Knowledge of governmental mandates, environmental regulations or customer/market signals that impact or facilitate new development of renewable projects Bachelor's degree is required
