Title of the role: Workday System Analyst

Job Description: • Hands-on experience configuring multiple Workday HCM functional areas, including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process, and security. • Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration platform. • Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio. • Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape. • Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing. • Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates. • Work closely with the onsite team, the offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.

Detailed Job Description: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. • Minimum 6 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in a support role. • Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications. • Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications. • Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications. • Workday Pro Certifications - Integrations and HCM preferred. • Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance. • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with non-technical end users.
