About Our Client
Our client, a family owned Real Estate Developer in Boston is looking to grow their team! They focus on single family residential projects, town home renovations, high - rise condo renovations and light commercial work. They do about $40M annually and have a very small office feel!
Job Description
The Residential Project Manager will be responsible for:
collaborating with the design and development teams to create project plans and time lines overseeing all construction activities, including hiring and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Ensuring compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Monitoring project budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients Conducting quality inspections to ensure that work meets my client's standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Proven experience as a PM in high- end residential construction with a track record of successful project completions Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal A keen eye for detail Experience with High- End Residential projects What's on Offer
