Salary Range - $49,000 - $51,000

The NFP Program Support Specialist enhances program effectiveness by performing non-clinical duties and providing information management support to the Assistant Director of NFP and NFP nurses.

Essential Functions:

Contribute to the Cooperative's commitment to equity and continuous quality improvement that aligns with the agency's mission, goals, and advancement. * Effectively cross-collaborate with agency staff, leaders, and board members to foster a comprehensive approach of information sharing, working committees, and collective representation. * Routinely disseminate relevant information, presentations, trainings, and learning opportunities for internal program and agency staff. * When applicable, will participate in relevant staff development opportunities (training, summits, conferences, etc.) to increase skill development, elevate program goals, and engage staff members with timely key learnings. * Outreaches referrals and assigns referrals to Nurse Home Visitors according to program guidelines. * Inputs Nurse-Family Partnership data in a timely and accurate manner into the web-based information system; complies with or assists in the compilation of statistical information for special reports. * Maintains the internal database system; provides technical assistance on the system's report options and advises the supervisor of system errors. * Performs program support tasks such as organizing forms; photocopies; files; orders and maintains program materials and educational handouts; makes reminder and outreach calls for visits as requested by the nurse supervisor and nurse home visitors. * Performs general clerical functions such as typing material from typed or handwritten copy; prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents. * Compiles a variety of resources. May participate in community outreach activities such as distributing program brochures and retrieving client referrals as delegated by the supervisor. * Routinely disseminate client communications, event reminders, and resources. Assist with client events. * Contributes to the team effort. * Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate degree; Bachelor degree preferred. Must speak English and Spanish Good team player. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Skilled in all Microsoft Office Products. Valid driver's license, car, and current insurance policy. Physical Requirements:

Must be able to see to read documents and hear well enough to communicate with others. Must be able to write, type on a computer, and use a phone. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. Additional requirements to be determined with input from Director and HR.

Work Environment:

Works in a climate-controlled professional office environment generally free from hazards and other adverse working conditions.
