Salaries starting at $75,000+ Shift Schedule:

D Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday e/o Saturday 7:00pm - 7:00am WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: You will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines which include but are not limited to:

Supervise and coordinate activities of employees engaged in printing on plastic film using flexographic or gravure presses. Monitor production schedules, adjust staffing or equipment use to meet targets, and minimize downtime. Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of printing presses and associated equipment. Ensure proper color matching, registration, and print quality in alignment with customer specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any product or process issues in real-time. Collaborate with the extrusion and converting departments to ensure seamless flow of materials and information. Mentor, and evaluate team members; enforce safety protocols and company policies. Ensure staff is trained and growing in operator roles Manage day to day responsibilities, engagement, and success of Material Handler Team Maintain accurate production and downtime records; report metrics and improvement opportunities to leadership. Manage inventory of inks, solvents, plates, and other printing supplies. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal. Lead 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement efforts in the printing area. Drive Engagement for reporting team Lead weekly huddles and team meetings OUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible Produce quality materials to be distributed to customers Maintain production volume and efficiency Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way Troubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when needed OUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. 3+ years of experience in flexographic or gravure printing in a blown film or plastics manufacturing environment. 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a production setting. Strong knowledge of printing techniques, press setup, ink systems, anilox rolls, and printing plates. Familiarity with solvent-based and water-based ink systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret job tickets, color standards, and production instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills (ERP, Microsoft Office, production tracking systems, ADP or time keeping). While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand most of their 12-hour shift on a cement production floor. The team member frequently is required to use arms to reach and hands to handle or feel. The team member must repetitively lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Must be able to routinely climb stairs and work safely around numerous hot surfaces and rotating equipment. Team members are also required to frequently talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Team members in this role are exposed to seasonal temperature/humidity changes that can be near 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Are our values a match for you?
