Job Title : Branch & Digital Operations Analyst
Summary: The
Branch & DigitalOperations Analyst
will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, andsupporting all aspects of level-1 digital banking transactions. This role willensure a smooth, secure, and user-friendly experience for customers engaging indigital financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of digital banking platforms, transaction processing, andcustomer service support.
WhatYou'll Do: Every day you will provide level-1 support for online/mobile bankingand debit card maintenance requests. This role includes monitoring enrollments,investigating transaction issues, and ensuring timely resolution of customerconcerns. You'll analyze transaction data, prepare performance reports, andsupport digital banking enhancements through testing and documentation. Astrong focus on compliance, customer experience, and continuous improvement isessential.
Whatit Takes: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Business Administration preferred 2+ years of experience in digital banking, online transactionsupport, debit card operations, or financial technology. Knowledge of online banking platforms and transaction processingsystems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in digitalbanking. Excellent communication both written and verbal and customer service abilities.
