HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery - RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Amityville, NY!
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery - RN
Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses/UAS Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. LTC coordination, meeting with interdisciplinary team, and reviewing nurse notes for any deficiencies and discussing case load. Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery - RN
Active NY Registered Nursing license 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse Leadership/Supervisory experience, overseeing a team Homecare / Home Health experience

Pay Details: $120,000 - $125,000 Annually
