About the Role:

We are seeking an individual to join our team supporting identity and access management initiatives and automation projects. This role requires hands-on experience with

Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell scripting , and the integration of

REST APIs

within enterprise environments.

Foundational

understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or Saviynt's Identity Governance platform is highly desirable .

Responsibilities:

Automate user provisioning and access workflows using SailPoint ISC or Saviynt

Build and maintain PowerShell scripts for managing users and groups in AD and Azure AD

Integrate REST APIs to support identity lifecycle and data exchange

Help configure access roles, policies, and recertification processes

Monitor system health and troubleshoot sync issues across IAM systems

Support CI/CD pipelines and version control for IAM enhancements

Collaborate with security and IT teams to onboard apps and define access rules

Assist with audits by generating reports and documenting policy enforcement

Participate in code reviews, testing, and team knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in IT automation or software engineering

Strong PowerShell scripting skills

Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD

Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON

Basic knowledge of SailPoint ISC or Saviynt platforms

Understanding of access recertification and compliance concepts

Experience with Git and version control

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Saviynt in production

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Workday integrations

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)

Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated testing

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

For CA, NY, NJ or IL: The base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $158,750 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
