As a
UX Researcher 2 , you will lead high-impact research initiatives that shape the future of our Dynamic Decision Platform products. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven researcher who thrives on uncovering deep user insights through a blend of qualitative and quantitative methods. You will drive research strategy, influence product decisions, and ensure our solutions are grounded in real user needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-Product, UX Design, Engineering, and Sales-to embed a culture of evidence-based decision-making. Your work will directly inform roadmap priorities, feature development, and customer engagement strategies
Key Responsibilities
Customer Insight & Behavioral Analytics
Lead end-to-end research initiatives using a range of methods including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and quantitative studies. Analyze behavioral data across sources such as:
Gathering insights from customer recordings (e.g., Dovetail) Clickstream and navigation flows Product usage and volume trends (Snowflake, Search Logs) Behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Google Analytics)
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights and influence product direction. Apply strategic frameworks like Jobs to Be Done, Customer Journey Mapping, Mental Models, etc to structure insights for executive and cross-functional stakeholders. Identify opportunities for improved product instrumentation to enhance measurement and understanding of user behavior. Customer Engagement & Feedback Loops
Lead structured engagement within the ThreatMetrix Community Forum to collect qualitative feedback, test hypotheses, and validate early-stage concepts. Surface emerging friction points, usability issues, and unmet needs through community and customer feedback analysis. Leverage forums as a scalable feedback channel to inform roadmap priorities and post-launch evaluation. Strategic Collaboration & Communication
Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and Sales to ensure research insights directly shape feature development and roadmap planning. Facilitate ideation, prioritization, and insight-to-action workshops with cross-functional teams. Deliver clear, compelling communications of research findings through executive briefs, team updates, and design artifacts. Competitive & Market Intelligence
Conduct competitive benchmarking and usability evaluations of peer platforms to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation. Monitor industry trends in digital identity and fraud prevention to inform research priorities and product positioning. Research Operations & Governance
Independently manage participant recruitment, scheduling, and incentive fulfillment across studies. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal research governance standards. Promote operational efficiency by evolving best practices for scalable, high-impact research execution. Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree (required). Preferred fields: Human Factors Experience : 4-6 years of hands-on UX research experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B enterprise tools. Strong familiarity with behavioral analytics and data tools (e.g., Pendo, Dovetail, GA, Power BI, SQL) is highly desirable.
