Description: Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Overseeing all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping Managing, scheduling, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency Implementing and enforcing safety procedures and cleanliness standards throughout the facility Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate records and stock rotation Collaborating with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to meet delivery deadlines Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to inventory, logistics, or personnel Maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and coordinating repairs as needed Generating reports and providing regular updates to senior management Why Choose Diverse Staffing for Temporary Work?

This Job Requires:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual required) Strong leadership skills and prior experience managing warehouse teams Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping procedures Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or related software A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to solve problems under pressure Reliable attendance, accountability, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards
