Our Human Resources Department is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with typical scheduling of 40 hours. This position is responsible for assisting employees in all facets of their employment; payroll, time keeping, benefits, and performance development.
Requirements
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and handling sensitive information with a diverse workforce. Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking for HR and payroll challenges. Proficient in HRIS (specifically UKG) and payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage stressful situations. Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and organizational skills. Comprehensive understanding of employment and payroll laws. Strong mathematical aptitude for calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, discounts, percentages, and conversions between fractions and decimals. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
