Position Overview:
The Endpoint Security Administrator is responsible for managing and securing all endpoint devices across the organization, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. This role focuses on device hardening, compliance, and advanced endpoint security configurations leveraging Microsoft 365 E5 tools and other enterprise security platforms.
What You Will Do:
Administer Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) to configure and manage Windows, iOS, and Android devices Implement and enforce endpoint security policies, including hardening standards, (CIS, NIST) and compliance baselines Manage and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including threat detection, incident response, and automated remediation Deploy and manage disk encryption (BitLocker) and credential protection tools (Credential Guard, TPM) Coordinate with the Security and Infrastructure teams to align endpoint security with organizational risk management policies Automate endpoint management tasks using PowerShell scripting and other automation frameworks Track and report on device compliance, patching status, and endpoint vulnerabilities Maintain detailed documentation and SOPs for endpoint security and recovery procedures Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or similar preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise endpoints in a hybrid AD/Azure AD environment Hands-on experience with Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Group Policy Strong Knowledge of endpoint hardening, encryption, and vulnerability remediation Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting automation Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, FFIEC, PCI-DSS) Experience in regulated industries such as banking or credit union Reports to

Environmental and Physical Activity Requirements :
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The daily responsibilities of this position constantly require effective talking, hearing, walking, finger dexterity, reaching, stooping, and grasping functions. The position also often requires reaching and lifting (up to 25 pounds). Frequent sitting, standing, and repetitive motion activities are also required. Must be able to read print and computer-based materials and to do so with consistent accuracy. Most of these functions require light physical exertion and are conducted indoors at controlled degrees of temperature.
