Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee mid- to large-scale initiatives and serve as the central point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. This role supports all phases-from initial analysis and goal setting to planning, execution, and delivery-using Agile project management principles. The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, proactively manages dependencies and risks, and communicates progress and issues to the Product Management team. Key responsibilities include defining scope and deliverables, maintaining project workbooks and timelines, tracking performance against goals, preparing status reports, and driving teams toward successful outcomes. This position is required to be on site full time in our Jacksonville, FL or Tallahassee, FL office locations. We are not offering remote or hybrid work options.

Job Duties Essential Functions: Models' ethical behavior and executes job responsibilities in accordance with Citizen's core values, ethics, and information protection policies. Provide project management expertise in order to plan, organize, control and deliver multiple projects; assure compliance with company project management policies and standards. Work with functional managers across the organization to assure complete and appropriate resourcing of projects. Create and execute internal project communication plan that includes maintenance of project documents, project meeting highlights and project data. Secures documented acceptance of project deliverables; control project scope and acquire the necessary approval for changes. Assign and monitor work of project team members, providing support and direction as needed Act as liaison with all business units and subject matter experts to maintain strategic link to business needs.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Knowledge/ Skills & Abilities:

Strong knowledge and proven application of project management methodologies and full project life cycle processes. Technically competent in MS Office including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Ability to solve complex problems through analytical approaches. Demonstrated initiative and ability to complete short and long-term projects. Strong leadership and project management skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams. Demonstrated initiative and ability to complete short and long term projects. Ability to build and motivate project teams to levels of high performance. Proven organizational and planning skills; evidenced by the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a multitude of varied project tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Relevant Experience:

6 or more years' project manager experience Education:

High School Diploma GED Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years relevant experience, OR a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 3 years. Preferred Experience:

8 or more years of project management experience 3 or more years' project management experience in the insurance industry Experience with Agile project management tools such as Rally (Agile Central by Broadcom) or Jira for tracking user stories, backlog management, and Agile workflow facilitation. PMP Certification Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
