FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR
We're looking for a Front Desk Supervisor with a collaborative spirit to support our Hotel Manager. The ideal candidate will be prepared to assist with overseeing an array of departments, including Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, Property Maintenance, and overnight agents to maintain trusty service for our guests and a positive environment for our team.

Featuring 57 bespoke King, Queen and Double-bedded guest rooms, a restaurant, bar and welcoming Lobby with separate Study Hall, the entire hotel has been designed to pay homage to the neighborhood's rich history and encourages communal and inclusive spaces for travelers and locals alike. THE TASK AT HAND: You're a friendly face that greets guests and enhances our guests' experience by bringing your own flavor to the restaurant Making sure guests are having a fabulous time, from the moment they arrive until it's time to say goodbye. Creating a warm, friendly, and laidback atmosphere that turns first-time guests into regulars. Learning our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out. Supervising all food and beverage outlets and offerings within the hotel and restaurant to ensure excellent customer service Consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service. Ensuring service standards are followed while actively supporting the entire restaurant team. Handling guest concerns in a timely, efficient, and trusy manner Balancing a combination of operational, administrative and colleague needs throughout a day of restaurant service. Assisting with the execution of on-site events, from public-facing programming to private functions.-Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure that customer service needs and expectations are fulfilled. Working with the Hotel General Manager on the scheduling of all food & beverage team members. Working directly with staff to assure food and beverage quality, good service, and cleanliness are strictly adhered to. Executing both opening and closing duties and maintain an efficient, effective, and prioritized work schedule. Maintaining inventory and its protocols and systems. Learning and embracing our steps of service and brand standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience with Opera or similar property management system. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak and communicate clearly and concisely in English. Must use good judgement. Must work as a team and drive results. Must be an organized individual with excellent prioritization skills. Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Must have good work ethic. Must display a positive attitude. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and shifts, including weekends and holidays. Minimum one-year supervisory experience in a luxury, lifestyle, or boutique hotel setting Ability to carry up to 30lbs. Ability to walk, stand and bend continuously throughout the day.
