Forklift Operator
All Shifts (Full-Time)
We are currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our team in Plymouth, IN. This full-time role involves operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Candidates must be flexible for all shifts during the training period. Job Summary:
This position requires operating a sit-down forklift safely and professionally, performing daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance, loading and unloading transport vehicles, tracking and managing inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), performing general warehouse tasks including cleaning and organizing, inventory counting, sampling and labeling, and following all safety protocols and initiating emergency procedures when required. Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of sit-down forklift experience 1+ year of warehouse experience Familiarity with WMS systems Ability to read and use scales accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Good communication skills Team-oriented with a self-starter mindset Benefits:
