Program Manager
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team. This qualified individual will be responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of complex technology infrastructure projects including server, storage, database, and network systems. The position involves oversight from planning through implementation, with emphasis on strategic alignment, technical leadership, and project execution in a government or high-security environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Management Leads full lifecycle from initiation to close-out: planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, delivery Establishes project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and resources. Manages priorities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strategic & Technical Leadership Heads solution teams with technical leadership and ongoing mentoring Coordinates development and execution of solution roadmaps aligned with organizational vision Guides technology research in alignment with organizational strategy. Stakeholder Management Communicates effectively with senior government officials and cross-functional internal/external teams Balances strategic vision with execution detail, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience Experience in Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy PM, or Senior Project Manager PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification ITIL Foundation knowledge Strong technical understanding of Identity and Access Management AWS GovCloud environments experience Computer science and engineering technologies experience Experience in solution architecture and agile project management Must be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance Desired Qualifications: Bachelors Degree is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities Skilled in engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders Peraton Overview
