Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Program Manager - Enterprise Transformation to join our client's team. Role Overview Client seeking a seasoned Program Manager of Enterprise Transformation with knowledge of industrial manufacturing. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional executive teams to develop relationships, serve the various stakeholder's business and IT needs and manage expectations throughout the transformation journey. This position reports into the Director of IT & BI, and will engage with roughly 20-30 stakeholders across the various business units and departments across the company from line staff through senior executive. Key Responsibilities Drive rebranding effort of 3-4 BUs consolidated under one company. Gather, consolidate, and synthesize stakeholder requirements. Facilitate decision-making sessions. Develop a communication plan and materials for company rollout. Drive efforts of BU standardization for core Microsoft IT services across each of the business units. Key systems currently in scope: Email, Calendaring, Virtual meeting & productivity tools. Drive positive change in operational processes by collaborating with stakeholders, defining and managing scope, building transformation roadmaps & associated timelines to keep everyone on the same page, and supporting development of communication & rollout plan to ensure successful new process/tool adoption. Support the development of timelines and budgetary estimates for delivering solutions as required. Core Professional Skills Demonstrated proficiency in leadership role working in complex environments. Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and how technology supports it. Working knowledge of Microsoft tools, including MS Teams, MS O365, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Other Skills Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels. Role Type/Travel Role Type: Remote/Hybrid. Travel: 10-20% travel to various client sites throughout US and to Mexico as required to support transformation efforts. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 10-12+ years of project leadership/management experience; experience managing enterprise-level programs & projects. 6-8+ years of senior leadership experience, interfacing with senior executive / C-level stakeholders. 5+ years of large-scale systems integration/ERP experience Duration 6 Months contract, through 12/31. Based on success/progress accomplished through this role, there is an opportunity to extend in 2026.
