Senior Director Offering Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director to lead our Offering Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and optimization of our UL Business (Under Writer Labs) portfolio of Fire products and services. This is a unique opportunity to keep Honeywell Fire a leader in early detection technologies, including Smoke Detectors, Fire Panel, emergency Voice Evacuation System businesses. The person will have full accountability for growth of UL portfolio and increase in margin/revenue against market/competitors globally. The role will report to the President of Fire business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in product management, ability to provide comprehensive offerings to the market, pricing, profitability and growth strategy, exceptional strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions to the market. Location(s): Atlanta, Georgia Travel: 30-40% Ideal Candidate Experience 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on portfolio management or leadership roles. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve results. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth through portfolio initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Own the portfolio lifecycle aspects: Phase-in, Phase-out, EOL, Co-own Fire revenue and margin goals for UL portfolio as part of the Fire Leadership Team. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with teams across different regions and cultures.
