Attract and retain great people; know everyone's capabilities and aspirations, invest in the growth of others Analyze requirements and learning gaps and develop a leadership development program, curricula, and content across the continuum of people managers (first time managers, mid-level managers, leaders of leaders) Coach to team objectives and impactful outcomes; enable success across boundaries; and help the team adapt and evolve Embody Taher's values, do the right thing, be kind-hearted, deliver performance and be remarkable Demonstrate an ability to influence change and initiate actions that have strategic impact and drive a high-performance culture Key Duties
Recruit top talent in the field Train and develop those hires to execute to Taher's brand standards Career Path the teams under their area of influence to ensure those who want to be more have a pathway forward Model best-in-class leadership, program management, and organizational skills to evolve learning programs to meet future needs Build partnerships, apply creative resource management, drive continuous measurement and learner feedback processes to improve and advance the learner experience.
