As a Strategic Executive Partner, you'll support two directors on a special projects team dedicated to creating products and services that improve lives. What You'll Do: Own complex calendar management, coordinating meetings and logistics across time zones. Plan and manage international and domestic travel with precision. Process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements. Lead logistics for high-impact events like Town Halls, team offsites, and launch meetingsboth virtually and in person. Foster a vibrant team culture through morale-building initiatives and recognition programs. Attend key meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables. Develop and manage team mechanisms such as weekly business reviews, staff meetings, and team-building events. Collaborate with another Executive Assistant to ensure seamless support and alignment. Bring creative solutions to internal challenges and contribute to process improvements. What You Bring: 4+ years supporting senior leadership or 1+ year in a similar high-level environment. Expertise in executive calendar management and travel coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
