Toyota's Material and Engineering and Performance Analysis and Materials Departments are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Department Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Department(s) day-to-day administrative operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the person in this role will support the Performance Analysis and Materials department's objective to enhance department administration, budget tracking, purchasing, and special event planning. Support department administrative management Support executive activity scheduling and administration Create and submit purchase orders, tracking, and invoicing Department budget analysis, tracking, and reporting Technical report tracking and retention Support onboarding of new hires Department leader for Emergency evacuation/Take Cover/Safety Meeting/special event planning and team member engagement Experience in administrative support, including document management processes or systems Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and/or SharePoint Strong ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality (understanding risk to the company, team, and individuals) Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high-volume of work, including supporting multiple individuals Strong attention to detail and follow-through Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively communicate with your team This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position. Strong sense of inclusion and teamwork Bilingual
