Lead audit engagements from planning to completion across diverse industries Supervise, train, and review work of junior and staff auditors Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards Deliver timely, accurate audit reports with findings and recommendations Research technical accounting issues and provide clear guidance Manage multiple engagements while maintaining strong client communication Contribute to improving audit processes and overall team efficiency Qualifications & Skills:
35+ years of public accounting experience in audit CPA license (or actively pursuing) strongly preferred Solid understanding of audit methodology, U.S. GAAP, and internal controls Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills Excellent communication skills
written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with audit software is a plus Team-oriented, detail-focused, and driven by integrity and professionalism Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs. We are excited to invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team! This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
